Megan Nicole Fitness gives you 4 to 6 week programs you can do at home, on your own time. Workouts are 30 to 40 minutes with a clear weekly schedule that mixes strength, cardio, and core. You’ll get coaching, nutrition support, and a community that keeps you showing up.

I’m Megan. I help women build strength and stay consistent with workouts that fit into real life.
I’m a mom of three, full-time working woman, and fitness coach who’s been in the health space for almost 25 years.
With a bachelors degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida and nearly a decade as a certified trainer, I know the struggle of feeling like there’s never enough time for yourself. My passion is helping busy moms who’ve lost themselves in the chaos of life find their strength, confidence, and energy again—without spending hours in the gym or giving up everything they love.
